Email Users

You may use this page to email all users or a subset of users in this REDCap installation. To send an email to specific groups of users, click the + icon for the User Filter below to create a new filter that specifies the criteria you wish to use for the filter. Once you have created a user filter, you may click the test button to preview the list of specific users who will receive your email based on that filter. When creating a user filter, you may choose from different categories, such as user activity, user privileges, among other things, and combine those together with logic operators such as AND, OR, AND NOT, or OR NOT. You can also group rules together and chain those groups using the same logic operators. Rules can be easily rearranged through a drag-and-drop interface, allowing you to organize them. Additionally, you may use the Message History tab to view all previously sent messages, and on that tab, you can reuse a previously sent message by clicking the import icon. Note: Any users that have their account suspended will not be able to be emailed.
